For smaller properties or if you already know the specific problem areas, we can provide an accurate quote without a site visit. However, we’re always happy to conduct an on-site evaluation if needed.

After gathering all the necessary information about your community and completing a site visit, our professional pooper scooper team will create a complimentary pet waste management plan tailored to your property. This plan typically includes recommendations for dog waste station placement, the square footage of common areas requiring manual cleaning, and the optimal service frequency to effectively address your dog waste concerns.

Starting Services
Our pet waste management proposals are designed with multiple options to suit a range of budgets. Once you choose the option that best fits your community’s needs, simply approve the proposal, and we’ll schedule your property for service. If your property requires dog waste station installations, we’ll handle the process by calling in a utility locate to ensure safe installation and placing the order for your supplies.

Our common area cleaning service goes beyond addressing dog waste—we also pick up any trash that fits into our scooping buckets. If dog waste station maintenance is part of your service plan, our team will empty the waste bins, replenish bags, report any vandalism or damage, and clean within 15 feet of each station during every visit.
