– No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
– Our team offers weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time cleanup options to best fit your needs and your pooper scooper budget.
– No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
– Yes, please do! While we already take measures to prevent the spread of illness and disease, it is best to notify us if your pup is sick so we can take extra precautions if needed.
